1.0 General
1.1. Riders Company Limited, trading as “Riders HQ”, is an incorporated New Zealand company. All “Riders HQ” website activities come under New Zealand legal jurisdiction.1.2. “Riders HQ” is committed to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2.0 Pricing
2.1. Prices displayed on “Riders HQ” website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.Prices may be adjusted for any reason and may vary at any time.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on the website and in any other correspondence.
3.0 Copyright
"Riders HQ" asserts the right to the copyright of all aspects of the website, except the trademarks, slogans, logos or designs of the products displayed.4.0 Faulty or Damaged Goods
4.1 Whenever possible, “Riders HQ” website will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. “Riders HQ” website will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of “Riders HQ”. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to “Riders HQ” in accordance with our returns policy.5.0 Order Cancellation
5.1 Though “Riders HQ” website will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on “Riders HQ” website to supply. “Riders HQ” website reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. “Riders HQ” obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.5.2. In event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5.3 Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify “Riders HQ” website by email by 10am on the next business day following the date of order.
6.0 Returns
6.1 The “Riders HQ” website will only accept returns for the following:• Goods damaged prior to delivery
• Goods with manufacturing faults
• Goods supplied incorrectly
• Goods that vary from their description on the “Riders HQ” website
7.0 Submissions
7.1 Any submissions between Riders HQ and any customer is to be treated as a submission to Riders HQ. By making any submission to Riders HQ you are granting Riders HQ absolute use of the material, ideas, materials, suggestions, concepts or comments and transferring ownership of ideas to Riders HQ. Riders HQ is not required to name the customer, compensate the customer or reward the customer in any way, unless required by law.8.0 Disclaimer
8.1 Riders HQ provides this site on an as-is basis and makes no representations of any kind for the operation of the web site, as well as for all information, products, materials and services as associated. To the extent of permissible law, we disclaim all warranties and representations. Riders HQ does not warrant that any information available on the Riders HQ website is accurate, current or complete.8.2 Riders HQ is not liable in any way for any damages arising from the use of this site. This limitation of liability applies to damages of any kind, including direct, indirect and incidental, loss of income, profit, data, property and claims by third parties.
8.3 Riders HQ makes no warranty that the site will meet your requirements. The site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors. The quality of products will meet or match your expectations any software issues will be rectified.
9.0 Colour
9.1 Riders HQ displays products in a variety of ways however colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. Riders HQ is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours of the website not matching reality.10.0 Delivery Policy
10.1 Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your credit card details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. We deliver anywhere within New Zealand and estimated delivery times are stated with the shipping option chosen by or for you. Some isolated area's may require additional delivery time.Delivery times are based from the received payment time.Deliveries are made by either New Zealand Post (Parcel Post), NZ Couriers, Post Haste Couriers and by our own delivery staff.
11.0 Electronic Payments
12.1 Non-credit card electronic payments (direct credits) are processed weekdays only. Payments submitted between Friday-Sunday may not be processed until the following Monday. VISA and MasterCard payments are immediate and recommended for urgent delivery.

13.1 We love coffee... deal with it.
13.0 Modification of Terms of Use
